Order Cancellations Policy
- <24 hours (Before we produce): 5% cancellation fee
- ≥24 hours (In production process): 25% cancellation fee
- ≥3 days (Production is completed): 50% cancellation fee
- Once shipped: Can’t be canceled
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customer will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the customer for the return of a product. Despite of this, the cost of return is only to be exempted if the products sent are incorrect or defective, in other situations where nothing is wrong with the goods and we hold no response, the customer is to bear all cost for returning or exchanging.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind.
Once we receive returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 6-12 business days. You will then be given a store credit of the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus shipping charges. Store credit will be emailed to the customer's email account that was created at checkout. Please note that all store credits will expire after a year! All denied returns or returns received after 30 days will be donated to charity.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72h.

If the received goods are damaged and need to be returned or refunded, please provide the invoice and photos of the damaged goods to our customer service mailbox.
Refunds are not supported in the following two situations:
1. The goods are received and have been disassembled for use or the packaging is damaged, which affects the secondary sales.
2. The case that the delivery address cannot be delivered due to the incomplete filling of the delivery address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@stoopelf.com.
